Bench Press Trainers' Challenge

Test your upper body strength by taking part in our annual Bench Press Challenge. Males press 80% and females press 60% of their body weight.  Participants will lift, with proper form, the required weight as many times as possible until fatigue.  Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants within their age categories.  Sign-ups are available at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center starting Wednesday, January 12.


The John H. Chafee Fitness Center is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, dependents, and DoD civilians with valid ID & base access.
