Fitness Challege: The Captain's Grip 

Monday, May 18 - Friday, May 22
6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, or 2-6 pm
John H. Chafee Fitness Center

Test your grip strength by hanging on a pull-up bar for as long as possible. Prizes for the top male and female participants. Register at the front desk. 

Open to Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents (18+), Veterans (100% disabled), and DoW civilians with valid ID and base access.
