DEADLIFTS & DONUTS TRAINER'S CHALLENGE
Monday, February 9-Friday, February 13
Pick your time: 6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, or 2-6 pm
Challenge your lower body strength/endurance by performing barbell deadlifts. Males will be challenged to lift 1.5 times your bodyweight & females will be challenged to lift 1.25 times bodyweight. Reps will be counted, and scores will be recorded. Donuts will be available on Friday, February 13 from 11 am-6 pm while supplies last.
Open to Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents, Veterans (100% disabled), and DoW civilians.
