DEADLIFTS & DONUTS TRAINER'S CHALLENGE
Monday, February 9-Friday, February 13
Pick your time: 6-8 AM, 11 AM-1 PM, or 2-6 PM
Challenge your lower body strength/endurance by performing barbell deadlifts. Males will be challenged to lift 1.5 times your bodyweight & females will be challenged to lift 1.25 times bodyweight. Reps will be counted, and scores will be recorded. Donuts will be available on Friday, February 13 from 11 AM-6 PM while supplies last.
This event is open to patrons with valid ID & base access. MWR has gone cashless, all major credit cards are accepted.
