ROLL & RIDE - All the benefits of our Indoor Cycling class with the benefit of receiving formal instruction on how to effectively foam roll and target muscle groups for maximum results by releasing the knots and blockages in your myofascial fibers.
To request a spot for class, active duty personnel need to call the John H. Chafee Fitness Center front desk at (401) 841-2512 to make a reservation up to 24 hours in advance; first come, first served; walk ins welcome if room available. Subject to change and no classes on Federal Holidays.
