Cycle & Core with Deb Group Fitness Class

SAPR representatives will have an informational table set up outside the cycle class. Once class is over stop by and get your SAPR Swag Bag!


Cycle & Core - This class combines cardio and core strength! Start with cycling intervals simulating hills, sprints, and flat roads to boost your heart rate and burn calories. We will come off the bike and work your core - abs, obliques, and back - finishing with stretches to cool down and improve flexibility.

No preregistration needed, just check in at the front desk before class, limited to 30 participants per class. 

Open to all Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents (16+), Veterans (100% disabled), & DoW civilians with valid ID & base access.  

The John H. Chafee Fitness Center is 100% ID check. Free for all groups except DoW civilians, $5 per class.  MWR has gone cashless, all major credit cards are accepted.
