Trainer's Challenge: Anchor Carry

6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, or 2-6 pm

Put your strength and endurance to the test in this challenge. Carry kettlebells weighing a total of 50% of your body weight — one in each hand — and walk for maximum distance without stopping or dropping. But there’s a twist: Every 50 feet, participants must drop and perform 5 push-ups before picking the weights back up and continuing. Lose grip or stop moving? You’re done. Longest total distance wins. Prizes for top male and female finisher.
Open to Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, & DoW civilians with valid ID & base access.
