ATHLETIC STRETCH – Did you know that tight muscles increase the risk for injury. This class uses simple, athletic based stretches that will elongate tight muscles and release tightness in commonly knotted areas like hip flexors, traps, hamstrings and more.
To request a spot for class, active duty personnel need to call the John H. Chafee Fitness Center front desk at (401) 841-2512 to make a reservation up to 24 hours in advance; first come, first served; walk ins welcome if room available. Subject to change and no classes on Federal Holidays.
