SPRING INDOOR SPRINT TRIATHLON

Sign up at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center beginning on Monday, February 23.

 

The event is designed for first timers all the way up to seasoned triathletes.  Prizes awarded to top male/female finishers.

SWIM - 10 minutes in the pool

BIKE - 20 minutes on the STAGES SC1 bikes

RUN - 15 minutes on the indoor track 

 

 

This event open to Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, and their Dependents, Veterans (100% disabled) and DoW civilians.  Contractors, Retired DoW civilians & Veterans (who are not 100% disabled) are not allowed to use fitness center.  MWR has gone cashless, all major credit cards are accepted.
