Trainer's Squat Challenge
Monday, April 13 - Friday, April 17,
6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, or 2-6 pm
John H. CHafee Fitness Center
Test lower body strength, males squat 80% and females 60% of their body weight. Participants will lift the required weight as many times as possible with correct form. Prizes for the top male and female participants.
Open to all Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents (16+), Veterans (100% disabled), & DoW civilians with valid ID & base access.
