Run.Pull-up.Push-up.Squat.Run Challenge is a timed event held outdoors at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center TRX box. How long does it take you to complete the following? A quarter of a mile run, 25 pull ups, 50 push ups, 75 squats and a second quarter of mile run. Rest periods will be up to individual and taken as needed. Sign-ups at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center starts October 1.
