Row Your Boat Power Challenge

Come join us for a total body challenge in the pool! This challenge will test your anaerobic, aerobic, and strength/power capabilities. You will start off with a 250 meter row on a Concept 2 machine, swim 50 meters, complete five muscle ups and finish with 10 kettlebell swings. Women will use 12kg and men will use 16kg kettlebells. Sign up at the pool.
Open to all Active Duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents, Veterans, & DoD civilians with valid ID & base access.
