PCT - PERSONAL CIRCUIT TRAINING - A total body challenge that is designed to target strength building, improve agility, improve balance and muscular endurance through various exercises. To keep it safe in PCT everyone has his or her own equipment. You will be challenged with dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU, and kettlebells.
To request a spot for class, active duty personnel need to call the John H. Chafee Fitness Center front desk at (401) 841-2512 to make a reservation up to 24 hours in advance; first come, first served; walk ins welcome if room available. Subject to change and no classes on Federal Holidays.
