NOFFS Push/Pull/ESD Trainer’s Challenge
Tuesday, September 8 through Friday, September 11,
6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, or 2-6 pm
This outdoor challenge consists of a 1/4-mile run, 25 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, 75 bodyweight squats and 1/4-mile run. Outdoor obstacle course – minute-man themed drills performed in a ladder format. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held indoors.
